  • • Does not employ service professionals directly
  • • Is not responsible for the quality of work performed by professionals

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Professional Terms

Service professionals using OneTap agree to:

  • • Maintain all required licenses and insurance
  • • Provide services in a professional and timely manner
  • • Follow all applicable laws and regulations
  • • Be responsible for their own taxes and business expenses
  • • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information

5. Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay for all services requested through the platform. Payments are processed through our secure payment system. OneTap charges a service fee on each transaction. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation of service issues.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • • Harass or harm other users or service professionals
  • • Attempt to circumvent the payment system

8. Limitation of Liability

OneTap is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from services performed by independent professionals. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OneTap services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
